I’ve worked in financial services for well over 20 years now and started out as a mortgage adviser in the 90’s. Things are very different now to how they were back then… some better and unfortunately some worse.
The best way I can put this is, I’ve dedicated most of my career towards helping people fit a square peg in to a round hole. There are things in the financial services industry that are more difficult than they should be. People need to be treated fairly regardless of their situation or circumstances which is my mission. The work I’ve done has helped thousands of families to get life insurance and mortgages who might otherwise struggle.
My career has enabled me to work with some of the UK’s and Worlds leading health and insurance experts. I’m proud to have been involved with some revolutionary projects in the insurance industry specifically. I have also been privileged to have worked with some of the UK’s biggest charities to help them and their members.
Since staring my career as a young mortgage adviser, I never thought I’d be in the position I’m in today. My mission is to continue the work that we do and to make sure that people get the best advice… regardless of their health, lifestyle, job or activities they do!
It may sound a bit daft but you’d be surprised how much has changed over the past 20 years and it’s got to continue. I won’t rest until the people we provide advice and support to are treated better and more fairly.
As a father myself, I think that access to life insurance and mortgages are a right and not a privilege. I’d like to see people able to get the cover and mortgages they need based on good advice at an affordable price… not too much to ask.
